I hereby give notice of an application lodged with me for the issue of a Computer Register to the below-named applicant, under section 19 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the land described below. Land: An estate in fee simple in 6599 square metres, more or less, being parts of Lots 1 to 7 on a plan lodged for deposit in the Canterbury Land Registry under No. 334909, being parts of Section 1 of Section 77, parts of Section 2 of Section 77, parts of Section 3 of Section 77, Kaituna Valley District, and parts Section 15, Block 1, Wairau District, which is part of the land remaining in Deeds Index Volume 2/140, 1/731, 1/789, 3/721, such land being part of the land granted to Lilley Weaver and Deeds Index Volume 3/68 to John Maxwell, who are recorded as being the documentary owners thereof.
