Notice is hereby given that the parcel described in the Schedule will be brought under the Land Transfer Act 1952 unless a caveat is lodged forbidding the same by the 1st day of July 2004 lodged under application 5692612.1 by Invercargill City Council.

Lots 1-8 and 10-25, Deposited Plan 308320 and Section 133, Block I, Invercargill Hundred, being 112.6593 hectares comprised in conveyance 14805, Deeds Register Volume 32, folio 782, in the name of the mayor, councillors and burgesses of the Borough of Invercargill.
A plan of the land may be inspected at Land Information New Zealand, Dunedin.
