The applicant described below has applied under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952 for the removal of an
easement. The applicant claims the easement is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below. I intend to remove
the easement on the 25th day of June 2004, if no objections have been received before that date.

Easement: Right of way and a right to transmit electricity and telephone supply rights specified in easement certificate B451010.4 registered on the 19th day of November 1997.
Circumstances: Part of the dominant tenement has become physically separated from the servient tenement as a result of subdivision shown on DP 319649.
