Notice is hereby given that the applicants described below have applied, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the removal of the existing Maori track rights from Computer Register NA42D/642 on the basis that the easement is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out hereunder, and I intend to remove the easement at the expiration of one month from the date that this notice is published in the New Zealand Gazette.

Applicants: Philip James Hopkins and Margaret Therese Hopkins.
Easement: Rights of access on existing Maori tracks until properly defined roads have been laid off and affecting the land contained in Computer Register NA42D/642.
Circumstances: The Kaipara District Council has confirmed that properly defined legal roads have been laid off which have rendered the existing Maori tracks rights redundant.
