Notice is hereby given that the applicants described below have applied, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the removal of an easement. The applicants claim the easement is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below.
I intend to remove the easement on the 13th day of February 2004, if no objections have been received before that date.

Easement: Right to drain sewage and water over part marked "L" on Lot 9, D.P. 19872, comprised in Computer Register OT17B/8 in favour of Lot 3, D.P. 301208, Computer Register 5274, created by easement certificate 662174.1, registered on the 11th day of September 1986 at 12.00 midday.
Circumstances: Separation of the dominant tenement from the servient tenement caused by the subdivision shown on D.P. 301208.
