I hereby give notice of an application lodged with me for the issue of a certificate of title for the applicant named below, pursuant to section 19 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the land described below.
Such certificate of title may be issued unless caveat forbidding the same is lodged with me on or before the 27th day of February 2004.
Application 5804389.1 by Evan Andrew Cutbush for an estate in fee-simple in 954 square metres, more or less, being Town Section 80 Porangahau and being part of the land shown on S.O. Plan 5185 (Hawke's Bay Registry); now shown as Lot 1, Land Transfer Plan 329920, such land being part of the land granted to Charles Dixon, sawyer of Wainui, under Hawke's Bay Crown Grant No. 2806 on 3 May 1877.
There is also evidence to suggest that the land was possibly owned or occupied by Thomas Frederick Drower, settler of Porangahau, in 1931.
