Notice is hereby given that the applicants described below have applied, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the removal of an easement. The applicants claim that the easement is redundant by reason of the circumstances described below. I intend to remove the easement at the expiration of one month from the date of the publication of this notice in
the New Zealand Gazette.

Applicants: William Allan Lyttle and Debra Naomi Lyttle.
Easement: Right of way over part Lot 15 (NA93C/121); marked "D" on DP 146325, appurtenant to Lot 2, DP 146325 (Computer Register 32273), created by easement instrument C342986.1.
Circumstances: The land under area marked "D" on DP 146325 has been vested as a road by Gazette Notice 5501362.1. As
a consequence, the right of way easement created over the same land has become redundant.
