The applicant described below has applied, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the removal of the various easements, more specifically referred to below, as being redundant by reason of the circumstances stated hereinafter. I intend to remove the said easements at the expiration of one month after the publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Easement Interests:
(a) Gas, water supply, power, telecommunication and stormwater drainage over the part marked "A" on Deposited Plan 209066 (Computer Register 70296) appurtenant to Lots 1 and 2, Deposited Plan 209066 (Computer Registers 70296, 70297, 70298, NA137A/715 and NA137A/716) created by easement instrument 5742181.6; and
(b) Sanitary sewer drainage, gas, water, power and telecommunication over the part marked "E" on Deposited Plan 209066 (C.T. NA137A/716) created by easement instrument 5654097.5.
Circumstances: The easements have been realigned under the new Plan 322332.
