Notice is hereby given that the applicants described below have applied, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the removal of an easement. The applicants claim the easement is redundant by reason of the circumstances described below. I intend to remove the easement at the expiration of one month from the date of the publication of this notice in the
New Zealand Gazette.

Easement: Right of way over part Lot 19, shown coloured yellow on DP 69696 (Computer Register NA89C/857), created by easement instrument 245372.1.
Circumstances: The vesting of Schooner Bay Road over the easement area has rendered the right of way redundant.
