Land Transfer Act Notice

Notice is hereby given that the applicants described below have applied, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the removal of existing Maori track rights. The applicants claim that the easement is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out hereinafter. I intend to remove the easement at the expiry of one month from the date of the publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette, provided that no objections have been received before that date.
Application No.: 5927952.4.
Applicants: Lynton Hardley McMullen and Mary Anne McMullen.
Easement: Right of access on existing Maori tracks until properly defined roads are laid off affecting the land comprised in Computer Register NA47D/908.
Circumstances: The Kaipara District Council has confirmed that properly defined roads have been laid off which have rendered the existing Maori track rights redundant.
