Description of Land: An estate in fee simple in 2 square metres, more or less, being part Town Section 759, Town of Wellington, which is part of the land remaining in Deeds Index, Volume 2 folio 763, and being part of the land now shown as Lots 2, 8 and 9, Land Transfer Plan 85556, such land being part of the land granted to Henry Robert Russell, Robert Russell and Thomas Purvis Russell by grant dated the 18th day of January 1853, numbered 175 in the plan of the Settlement of Wellington.
