Application having been made to me, pursuant to section 121 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, by Anthony Grant Clear for Almatoka Properties Limited to notify on the Register the re-entry and recovery of possession of the leasehold premises under lease 956798.1 of the land in Computer Register OT3D/66 of which the lessor is Almatoka Properties Limited and the lessee is Janette Zena McKenzie and Morris Glyndwr McKenzie.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to register application 5937477.1 and to notify the re-entry upon the Register on the 3rd day of May 2004.
