I hereby give notice of an application lodged with me for the issue of a certificate of title to the below-named applicants, under section 19 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the land described below. Such certificate of title may be issued unless a caveat forbidding the same is lodged on or before the 20th day of May 2004.

Land: An estate in fee simple in 83 square metres, more or less, being Lot 1 on a plan lodged for deposit in the Canterbury Land Registry under 326490, being part Rural Section 79 BM 317, which is part of the land remaining in Deeds Index Volume 2c/s folio 343, such land being part of the land granted to Edward Reece of Christchurch under Grant 4642 on the 14th day of April 1862, who is recorded as being the documentary owner thereof.
