easements. The applicant claims the easements are redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below. I intend to remove
the easements on the 13th day of April 2004, if no objections have been received before that date.

Water race easement in transfer 86338 has become redundant as it is over part Lot 1, D.P. 44817 (certificate of title CB24A/757), appurtenant to Lots 1-4, D.P. 325033 (certificates of title 100941-100944).
