The applicants described below have applied, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the removal of the Profits
Ó Prendre easements as being redundant by reason of the circumstances stated hereinafter. I intend to remove the affected memorials at the expiration of one month after the publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Applicants: Marion Lee Barnes and Janine Kay Mills.
Land and Interest: Profits Ó Prendre easements over Computer Register NA17C/285 created by memoranda of transfers 157186.1, 157187.1 and 620244.1 respectively.
Circumstances: Sufficient stock proof fences have been erected along the boundaries of the affected land and the change of use of the land have made the easements redundant.
