Notice is hereby given that the applicant described below has applied, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the removal of an easement. The applicant claims the easement is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below. I intend to remove the easement on the 21st day of April 2004, if no objections have been received before that date.

Easement: Right of way in gross over part Section 3, Block VIII, Glenomaru Survey District, comprised in Computer Register 15C/652, being part coloured yellow in conveyance 86920 (129/190), registered on the 21st day of October 1904 in favour of Robert Tweed McIntyre and Hugh McIntyre created by the said conveyance.
Circumstances: Redundant by long term disuse.
