Notice is hereby given that the applicants described below have applied, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952,
for the removal of an easement. The applicants claim the easement is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below.
I intend to remove the easement at the expiry of one month from the date of the publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette, provided that no objections have been received before that date.

Applicants: Donald George Buchanan, Maureen Joyce Buchanan and Ian Philip Buchanan.
Easement: Right of access on existing Maori tracks until properly defined roads are laid off over the land comprised in Computer Register NA42D/654.
Circumstances: The Kaipara District Council has confirmed that properly defined roads have rendered the existing Maori track rights redundant.
