Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the East Coast Hawke's Bay Conservancy of the Department of Conservation amends an error in the notice classifying part of the Boundary Stream Scenic Reserve, dated the 19th day of August 2003 and published
in the New Zealand Gazette, 28 August 2003, page 3213, by adding after the words
"as a scenic reserve"
the words
"for the purposes specified in section 19 (1) (a) of
the Act".
