Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Wellington Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the reservation over that part of the recreation reserve described in the Schedule and declares that the land may be disposed of by the Upper Hutt City Council on such terms and conditions as the council determines.
