Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, Vijaya Vaidyanath, the Chief Executive Officer for the Rodney District Council hereby amends the notice dated 27 October 2004, declaring land is reserve, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 4 November 2004, No. 143, page 3599, by deleting the resolution in paragraph two and substituting the following:
"That in the exercise of the powers conferred on it under section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Rodney District Council hereby resolves that the land described in the Schedule hereto and held by the council in fee simple, shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be a recreation reserve within the meaning of the said Act."
