In exercise of the powers conferred on it by delegation under the Reserves Act 1977, the Franklin District Council resolved on 6 September 2004, under section 14 of the Act, to declare that the piece of land held in fee simple by the council and described in the Schedule to this notice to be
a recreation reserve.
