Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Southland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the reserve described in the Schedule as a Government purpose (health and disability sector and related purposes) reserve with the effect that the land remains vested in the West Otago Health Care Trust.
