Pursuant to section 52 (4) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, declares that the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby set apart for road and
shall remain vested in the Auckland City Council, being the successor to the Mount Eden Borough Council, pursuant
to an Order in Council dated the 9th day of June 1989, on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
