Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares that the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired for road and shall vest in the Waikato District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3), declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA43A/435, subject to the encumbrances thereon.
(c) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3), declares the portion of road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA34D/33, subject to the encumbrances thereon.
(d) Pursuant to sections 119 (1) and 119 (2) (a), declares that the land described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice is taken for severance and shall vest with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA34D/33, subject to the encumbrances thereon.
(e) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that the lands described in the Fifth Schedule to this notice are acquired for the purposes of a road and shall vest in the Waikato District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
(f) Pursuant to section 116 (1), declares the portion of road described in the Sixth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 20 (1), is set apart for the purposes of a road and shall vest in the Waikato District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the
New Zealand Gazette.
