Pursuant to sections 16, 20 and 29 of the Public Works
Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for
Land Information, Trevor Knowles, Land Information
New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule is hereby acquired for local purpose (stormwater) reserve together with a right to drain water over that part of Section 1, marked "B" on SO 338066, with the rights and powers implied in easements of right to drain water by the Land Transfer Regulations 2002, and shall vest in the Tauranga City Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
