Pursuant to section 52 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981,
and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be set apart for a public school, subject to Part 9 of the Ngai Tahu Claims Settlement Act 1998, grant of rights contained in transfer 28358 and fencing provision contained in transfer 283943, on the date of publication of this notice in the
New Zealand Gazette and to remain vested in the Crown.
