Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the reservation over those parts of the local purpose (county purposes) reserves described in
the Schedule, with the effect that the land is now
Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act
1948, such land to remain subject to memorial 401662.1 and easement instrument 6107209.3.
