Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator for the Wellington Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the appointment of the Kapiti Coast District Council to control and manage that part of the reserve described in the Schedule, and further classifies that part of the reserve as a recreation reserve.
