Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department
of Conservation revokes the reservation over that part of
the Featherstone Park Recreation Reserve described in the Schedule and declares that the land may be disposed of
by the Hamilton City Council in the manner and for the purpose specified in transfer B.121985.3.
