Pursuant to sections 20 and 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information
New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby set apart for recreation reserve, subject to Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987 and subject to section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991, excepting coal and other minerals remaining in Computer Freehold Register NA551/120 not acquired by transfer 660581, excepting coal and other minerals remaining in Computer Freehold Register NA551/121 not acquired by Proclamation 16144, and shall vest in the Manukau City Council on the date of publication of this notice in the
New Zealand Gazette.
