Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a

Maori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a marae, known as Kaitumutumu Marae for the common use and benefit of the descendants of the Ngati Whawhaakia sub-tribe of the Waikato tribes.

0.2094(more or less) Parish of Pepepe, Lot 22C1 Block, containedin the Partition Order made at Ngaruawahia on1 September 1959.
2.1603(more or less) Allotment 22D, Parish of Pepepe, containedin identifier SA10A/411, South Auckland Land District.
