Pursuant to sections 20 (1) and 48 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information
New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired for soil conservation and river control and vested in the Hawke's Bay Regional Council, reserving a right of way over the land described in the Second Schedule appurtenant to the land in certificate of title P1/752, subject to the rights and powers set out in the Fourth Schedule of the Land Transfer Regulations 2002 on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
