In exercise of the powers conferred on it by delegation under the Reserves Act 1977, the Manukau City Council has by resolution, pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, declared the land described in the First Schedule to be recreation reserve and by resolution, pursuant to section 16 of the Reserves Act 1977, classified the land described in the Second Schedule as recreation reserve.
