Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a

Maori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold lands described in the Schedule hereto are hereby set apart as a Maori Reservation for the purpose of a place of cultural and historical significance and for the conservation of and sustainable management of flora and fauna as required for the common use and benefit of the owners and their descendants.
