Pursuant to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares that the land described in the Schedule to this notice has been transferred to the Crown by the Southland District Council as Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948.
