Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation to the Minister of Conservation, the Central Otago District Council hereby declares and classifies the land described in the Schedule hereto as a local purpose (historic) reserve to be known as the Old Cromwell Town Reserve, subject to the provisions of the Act.
