Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described
in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired
for road which, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 1N and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Second and Third Schedules to be taken and:
(i) the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register NA89C/253, subject to mortgage C184408.1.
(ii) the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register NA26D/756, subject to mortgage C184408.1.
