Valley Road, Nelson
Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares the road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and further declares that:
(a) The area of stopped road firstly described shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register NL12C/1154.
(b) The area of stopped road secondly described shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register NL10C/1081, subject to easement certificate 275164.5, land covenant in transfer 331086.8 and fencing covenant in transfer 341857.2.
(c) The area of stopped road thirdly described shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register NL11A/770, subject to easement certificates 275164.5, 331086.7 and 343472.10, right to transmit electricity and right to drain water and sewage created by transfers 343472.9 and 354900.1 respectively, land covenant in transfer 343642.1 and fencing covenant in transfer 367758.1.
(d) The area of stopped road fourthly described shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register NL11A/771, subject to easement certificates 275164.5, 331086.7 and 343472.10, right to transmit electricity created by transfer 343472.9, land covenant in transfer 343642.1 and fencing covenant in transfer 5257587.1.
