Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), hereby declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in Tauranga City Council.
(b) Pursuant to section 116 (1), hereby declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped.
(c) Pursuant to section 119 (1), hereby declares the land described in the Third Schedule hereto to be taken.
(d) Pursuant to sections 117 (3) (a) and 119 (2) (a), hereby declares that the land described in the Second and Third Schedules hereto shall be amalgamated with the balance of the land in Computer Freehold Register 124151, subject to memoranda of mortgage 6091899.13.
