The Ngai Tahu Ancillary Claims Trust has applied to the Maori Land Court in Christchurch for the approval of the final list of owners for the following claims:
Ahuriri-Te Waihora Claim No. 8:
Lot 1, DP 79966. Area 2.0050ha. Sportsmans Road,
Lake Ellesmere.
A copy of the final list may be inspected at any office of
Te Puni Kokiri or any Maori Land Court or at all Papatipu Marae in the South Island.
Any person who wishes to object to the final list must
do so in writing to the Maori Land Court, P.O. Box
2200, Christchurch, or by facsimile to (03) 962 4901 by
16 November 2004.
