Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the reservation over the lands described in the Schedule, as reserves for the purposes specified at the end of the respective descriptions of the lands and declares that the land vests in the Thames-Coromandel District Council in fee simple on the condition that it is declared
to be road.
