Tauranga City
Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and is vested in Tauranga City Council on the date of publication of this notice in the
New Zealand Gazette.

50 square metres, being part of two undivided one half shares of Lot 1, DP S45533; shown as Section 5 on SO 330209, being part of the land contained in Computer Registers SA41A/252 and SA41A/253 and being part leasehold estates contained in leases H787125.1 and H787125.2.
