Pursuant to sections 20 and 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby
set apart for Civic Offices, subject to Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987, subject to section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991, excepting coal and other minerals remaining in Deeds Index 8A/278 not acquired by Proclamation 706, excepting coal and other minerals remaining in Deeds Index 18A/10 not acquired by Proclamation 9793 and shall vest in the Waitakere City Council on the 10th day after the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
