Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981 and
to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, hereby revokes the notice dated the 23rd day of April 1990, acquiring land in Waipa District for local purpose (esplanade) reserve, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 3 May 1990, No. 68, page 1510 (and amended by notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 7 March 1991, No. 36, page 767).
