Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice (excluding mineral interests reserved by section 206 of the Land Act 1924) to be road and to remain vested in North Shore City Council.
