Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Otago Conservancy of the Department of Conservation classifies the reserve described in the Schedule as a recreation reserve, with effect that the land will vest in Queenstown Lakes District Council under the provisions of section 26A of the Act.
