Purpose (Esplanade) Reserve
Pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Waitakere City Council hereby notifies that a resolution was adopted by the Waitakere City Council at its meeting on the 30th day of June 2004, declaring the land described in the First Schedule hereto as a local purpose (community) reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto as a local purpose (esplanade) reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977.
