Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister
for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares the road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Register NL7A/1232, subject to grant of right of way contained in transfer 67863.
