Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Schedules to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3):
(a) The area described in the First Schedule amalgamated with the land in Computer Register NA49B/209.
(b) The area described in the Second Schedule amalgamated with the land in Computer Register NA42C/128, subject to section 91 of the Transit
New Zealand Act 1989.
