Pursuant to section 117 (7) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares that the portion of stopped road described in the Schedule to this notice shall be added to the land in Computer Register CB9A/1412, which is held in trust for recreation purposes subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and to the notation 5498380.3 subject to part 9 of the Ngai Tahu Claims Settlement Act 1998.
